For all the people that wish to send funds directly to the feed store for the horses (the monthly bill total is over $5,000.0), Dan’s Discount Feed and Fence has set up an account where they will accept your mailed check (449 n. Central Ave, Umatilla, FL 32784), or call them direct to use a credit card (352-669-7253) on behalf of the horses needs. To support the horses for a year the total is approximately $30,000.00. We have never before been in this desperate a situation, we have had some hard times, but nothing to compare to how things are now!!!! Please help if it is not a hardship for you or the family you support.

Due to unforeseen circumstance, JNB Horse Haven Farm has been dissolved.  It is now operating at the same location on the corner of Hwy 42 & 452 as Adopt A Horse Club, a limited liability company.  Many of you will be surprised about the loss of JNB Horse Haven Farm as it was a place enjoyed by everyone who visited.  Our deepest appreciation goes to those volunteers, riders, adoption parents, and visitors who came to know the horses that have been rescued and rehabilitated.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of JNB Horse Haven Farm as it is like the death of a family member when you least expect it to happen.  In many ways it is very similar by being left with numerous debts to be paid and thirty plus horses to feed and take care of for the rest of their lives!  We are in a state of emergency to keep the establishment going and that is why we have opted to convert it to an Adopt A Horse Club organization

Adopt A Horse Club is asking for an annual membership fee of $20.00 per person. The membership fee will entitle you to visit the facility anytime during normal operating hours and provide a “hands on” opportunity to learn how to properly care for and handle horses.  It is our hopes that anyone that cares about keeping horses safe and in a proven good home can easily pay this once a year membership fee.  Your fast action and support is the only way the horses will be able to continue to stay at this property and keep their home out of foreclosure.  This is a real crisis and we are sorry to be in this position.  It is our hopes to turn a desperate situation into a positive one.

Yes, this comes at a very bad time economically.   However, we do not have time to grieve or complain about this devastating loss.  Instead, we are asking for your support both financially and physically.  If you would like to ensure that we can provide equine services to you, your family and friends we need your support through generous funding and word of mouth membership to the Adopt A Horse Club.
